- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had never been to this office, and just receiving new insurance, I chose this one because it was close. I was supposed to have a lower bridge done. That was all fine until their "inexperienced" dentist Dr. Kylie Alexander, drilled too deep into a perfectly healthy tooth. She got into the pulp of my tooth, and ended up doing a root canal on it. She said "there must have been some infection, because it wouldn't stop bleeding." I'm telling you, it was a perfectly healthy tooth. Not one cavity, or filling on it. Never even bothered me. She started talking about insurance, and the charges. I stopped her in mid sentence, saying "that's not really fair. You made the mistake, not me, or my insurance." She claimed to waive the charges after that. We'll see. I have yet to hear from my insurance Co.. That was not the only folly on their behalf. I had to go back 3 times to get the temporary crown to fit right, and not cause me extreme pain. I have never had a worst experience at a dentists office. When they finish my bridge, I will NEVER go back to therm!!!May 24, 2017by A Google User
