- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a patient for about 30 years now and since Endicott has taken over I've had two terrible experiences. Today I called them at 4:00 with a tooth that's chipped in half. They couldn't get me in today or tomorrow or on the a weekend... Or even next week. The lady on the phone said at least the week after next. She didn't ask me how much pain or discomfort I had. She had no compassion. She just didn't want to go to the trouble to book an appointment. The other bad experience was when I had an 8:00 appointment about two months ago. I showed up at 7:55 and no one was there. At 8:10 all of the lights were still off and the door was still locked. I don't know why it's so hard for them to make an appointment or to keep an appointment but I will definitely be taking my family's business somewhere else in the immediate future.April 13, 2017by David Lowe
