- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This has been my family doctor since I was young, so even after moving 30 minutes away I continued to drive to them. And while everyone in the practice is kind and professional, they are NEVER on time. It has been an issue for years, but today after waiting an hour past my appointment time I finally gave up. I received immediate help from an urgent care facility in my neck of the woods. To avoid frustration I'm sure a more punctual practice can be found.July 20, 2017by Sarah bowen
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used to go here as a teenager and young adult. I went back for some testing and questions. I waited an hour before I was seen even though I scheduled an appointment. Once I was seen, I felt my concerns were belittled. I felt I wasn't important or heard. The nurse who took my BP and basics did not know some of the things she was asking me off the paper work and I felt so shaky and uncomfortable about the whole experience and the way the doctors were speaking to me.
