  Therapist is very nice and professional. However, the front desk is truly unprofessional and lacks sense of customer service. The front office lady walked into the room in the middle of the therapy saying that the therapy was canceled, just like that. When I arrived to the office she said I had a balance and I told her I needed to talk to the billing department because we are switching insurance company. I wanted to make sure we process the bills with the right insurance before I pay out of my pocket. She said ok, you can sit and wait. The therapist came out for us and we started the therapy. And just like that the rude lady came in to say "we have to cancel the appointment". I asked her why? is it because of the balance? and she said yes. I told her, here's my debit card! What's wrong with you people? What kind of therapy facility are you that you go in and interrupt a session with a 5 year old kid? Very unprofessional! plus I feel insulted. I don't even know what I paid for. The receipt doesn't have any description on it. If you need this service, find a different facility.
